Bio
I live, play, and work in the rural West, where my roots are generational and deep.
For more than twenty-five years, I've worked across community development, the arts, and capital projects. I understand the pressures on rural places, and the immutable value of a vibrant local culture: a connected ecosystem of public spaces, organizations, programs, priorities, and people.
I bring on-the-ground experience across strategic planning, mission alignment, institutional structure, civic policy, historic preservation, and fundraising.
I've raised multi-million-dollar capital, facilitated comprehensive public plans, and guided organizations through growth, transition, and challenge.
My approach is grounded in local leadership and ownership, with trust that the true experts are those closest to the work.
