Bio
I am a specialist focused on helping communities bring ambitious ideas into reality, particularly through capital projects, shared public spaces, and community-centered initiatives.
I bring more than twenty-five years of experience across nonprofit leadership, governance, philanthropy, and consulting. My work has included guiding organizations through periods of significant growth, advancing multi-million-dollar capital projects, and supporting programs and spaces designed to connect people across differences and strengthen community life.
My background spans organizational leadership, board service, grantmaking, and strategic advisory roles, giving me a broad perspective on how ideas move from vision to implementation. With training as an artist and long experience working alongside creative communities, I approach projects with curiosity, attention to nuance, and respect for process, while staying focused on clear outcomes and follow-through.
In my work, I help clarify shared vision, align people and resources, and navigate complexity so projects can move forward with purpose and momentum. I am particularly effective in situations where the path is not fully defined and where collaboration, flexibility, and steady problem-solving are essential.
I am motivated by work that invests deeply in people and place, strengthens civic and cultural infrastructure, and supports long-term community benefit. I am especially interested in projects that value collaboration, creativity, and thoughtful stewardship of shared assets.
