Over the past two decades, I’ve helped direct millions of dollars to advance community priorities, securing public and private funding, seven-figure capital gifts, state and federal grants, and transformational support from national funders.
I enjoy writing proposals, sharing the story, aligning partners, developing a campaign, and producing data-driven reports that deepen trust and celebrate accomplishments.
Impact Reporting
My background in data-informed strategy and community engagement allows me to convene partners and craft impact reports that go beyond metrics, bringing programs and outcomes to life in ways that reflect and affirm mission.
These reports can be tools for expanding reach and deepening partnerships. They are part of telling the story of the organization’s work, which is a sometimes overlooked and powerful step towards building trust and demonstrating value.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to be on both sides of the funding table, raising millions and being at the forefront of grant-making expansion, innovation, and reform.
I understand firsthand how to navigate the dynamic philanthropic relationship with true collaboration, and have developed programs and systems to scale funding and promote dignified relationships.
I understand how mission, contracts, projects, RFP’s and other tools ensure investments are streamlined, easy, accessible, and promote the highest use of funds for all involved.
Grant Writing
As a seasoned grantwriter with a successful track record forging collaborative partnerships and securing major funding from institutions like the National Endowment for the Arts, Save America’s Treasures, and the Oprah Winfrey Foundation, I specialize in developing compelling narratives that align organizational vision with funder priorities.
My insider understanding as both a grantmaker and grantee gives me a strategic advantage in framing stories that resonate across sectors—grounded in need, supported by evidence, and propelled by clear outcomes.
Capital Campaigns
From leading the transformation of the Telluride Transfer Warehouse to spearheading the purchase of TwispWorks, I have managed every stage of multimillion-dollar capital projects—from feasibility to visioning, campaign planning, to donor stewardship.
